Jubilee English 12: Celebrating the Classics

This stirring course gives the homeschool student the opportunity to study some of the most important literary works ever written, from Greek tragedy to 20th century American literature.  Through analysis of these works, homeschoolers will be given the chance to develop their own grammar in written essays and criticism.  As a homeschool student one will discover an improved vocabulary, better sentences and paragraphs structures, and homeschoolers will further be able to write grammatically correct and well-structured compositions.  The works to be studied include Wildes The Picture of Dorian Gray, Shaws Pygmalion, Orwells Animal Farm, Shakespeares Othello and Miltons Paradise Lost.
