Heritage Social Studies 11-12: AP US History
The opportunity to prepare for the Advanced Placement test is a big opportunity for older homeschool students. AP U.S. History will prepare your college-bound junior or senior-level homeschool student for the rigorous AP U.S. History exam in the spring. Doing well on this test means that your homeschool student could be eligible for up to 4 semester hours of college credit in U.S. history. Using video and websites, AP U.S. History explores significant events in the history of the United States, from its beginning to more recent historic events. This course will explore how the United States became the strong country that it is today, and why.
